At Velour Strnds, we treat every order as a premium experience. Each unit undergoes a strict quality control inspection before being beautifully packaged and sent your way.

Processing Time:

For all orders, please allow 7–14 business days for tailoring before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

We offer secure, tracked shipping nationwide. Standard and expedited options are calculated at checkout.

Signature Required:

To protect your investment, all Velour Strnds packages require a signature upon delivery. We cannot waive this requirement under any circumstances.

Delays & Address Changes:

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing or postal carriers. Please double-check your shipping address; once an order has been processed, we are unable to alter the delivery destination.

Due to the premium nature of our products and strict hygienic and sanitation standards, all sales are final. We take health and safety regulations seriously and cannot accept returns on hair products once they have left our facility.

We want you to feel entirely confident in your purchase. We strongly encourage you to thoroughly inspect your unit immediately upon receipt, before altering it in any way.

We will only consider a replacement or store credit under the following exceptional circumstances:

Product Defects:

In the rare event that a unit possesses a verifiable manufacturing defect, you must contact us at info.velourstnds@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Strict Inspection Condition:

The unit must be completely unaltered. We cannot offer credit or replacements if:

• The lace has been cut, tinted, or altered.
  
• The hair has been washed, brushed, combed, or styled.
  
• Products (glue, makeup, spray) have been applied.
  
• The original packaging, tags, and hairnets have been removed.
  

If a return is approved by our team after inspection, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Product Authenticity & Accuracy:

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and lengths of our products as accurately as possible. However, because our products are 100% human hair, slight natural variations may occur.

Order Cancellations:

Because we begin preparing orders immediately to ensure swift delivery, order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.

Fraud Prevention:

To protect our business and customers, we flag orders with differing billing and shipping addresses for manual review. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
